Practical information

1.Venue
The Symposium will take place at the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Law and Administration new building, ul. Bażyńskiego 6 , Gdańsk.  The registration office during the meeting,  the  sessions, poster display and exhibitions will be held in this building.
The University building is within a short walking distance from the city train (SKM) station called Gdańsk Przymorze and tram stop no.:6, 12,15.

2. Reception desk
Reception desk will  be opened on Sunday 15th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday 8.30 a.m. 12.30 p.m., Friday 08.30 a.m to 1.30 p.m.

3. Presentations
Posters may be put on relevant table by participants since Sunday  1 p.m. and left until the end of Symposium. In the conference room will be available standard equipment, i.e.: slide and overhead projectors. Facilities for video projection and computer-interfaced presentations (projector, PC CD/DVD with PowerPoint 2000) will be also available.

4. Travel
The International  Airport of Gdańsk in Rębiechowo is situated about 10 km from Gdańsk. One way to get to the centre of Gdańsk from the airport is to take a taxi (price ~ 50 PLZ) or a bus.

5. Student hostel
Hostel No.10 is in vicinity of the conference building (opposite to the conference venue, behind the tram line).

6. Meals
At the Symposium venue is located a bar, where  the lunch will be available (not included into the conference fee)
During the coffee breaks drinks will be served outside the Symposium room.

7.Currency
The national currency used in Poland  is Polish złoty.
There are: notes 200, 100, 50, 20, 10  złoty and coins: 5, 2, 1 złoty  and  50, 20, 10, 5, 2, 1 grosz.
Course of exchange: 1 Euro ≈ 4 PLZ (złoty)

8. Banks and ATMs ('bankomat')
ATM is available  at the airport-Rębiechowo.
The nearest ATM to the Symposium venue place is  the bank branch  (~ 500m)
